Workout records, goals, progress, custom exercises, timers, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Liftova does not require an account to use these core features.

If you enable backup, your Liftova data is stored in your own Apple iCloud account. Liftova does not operate a separate server for these backups. Apple's terms and privacy practices apply to iCloud.

The current version of Liftova does not send your workout history to Liftova servers, sell personal information, or use your training data for advertising.

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive health information unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.

We may update this policy when Liftova's features or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
